Where captured contacts live: forms, callbacks and handoffs, with CSV export.
Every contact your agents capture lands on the Leads page, newest first, with a badge for how it was captured:
- Form — the in-chat lead form (or pre-chat gate).
- Callback — the visitor asked to be phoned back.
- Human — an urgent handoff where the visitor left contact details.

Click through to read the full conversation behind any lead. Export CSV downloads everything (columns adapt to your form fields). If you've connected a CRM or a lead webhook, leads flow there automatically as they're captured — the page is your backstop, not your only copy.
