Pricing questions
What counts as a message credit?+
One credit = one reply from your agent. Visitor messages, the welcome message, and lead form submissions don't use credits. Credits reset on the 1st of each month.
What happens if I run out of credits?+
Your widget stays on your site and politely tells visitors the assistant is taking a break. No scary errors, no surprise charges — upgrade or wait for the monthly reset.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes, anytime from your billing portal. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the next renewal.
Why is no VAT charged?+
Prices are final — no VAT is added or charged: Kelma is operated by a person registered as exempt under article 11 of the Value Added Tax Act (Malta), VAT Reg No 3297-8402.
