Introduction

Kelma turns your website content into an AI chat agent that answers visitor questions, captures leads, books meetings, and hands over to a human when it matters — embedded on your site with one line of code.

How it works

1. Teach it — add your website, PDFs, or plain text as knowledge. Kelma reads the content and grounds every answer in it.
2. Shape it — give the agent a persona, an answer style, and the tools it may use (booking, callbacks, CRM…).
3. Embed it — paste the snippet before </body> on your site, or share a standalone chat link.
4. Stay in the loop — every conversation lands in your inbox with an AI summary; reply as a human whenever you want.

Quickstart

1. Create your account — no credit card, the Free plan is real.
2. Click New agent and give it a name.
3. Open the Knowledge tab, choose Crawl a website, enter your domain and import the pages.
4. Open Preview (or the Embed tab) and ask it something a customer would ask.
5. Paste the embed snippet on your site. Done — conversations appear in your Inbox.

The Free plan includes every feature — paid plans raise the volume (agents, message and knowledge tokens), and remove the "Powered by Kelma" badge.
